Civil War Debate - Iron Man Vs Captain America

Captain America:Civil War has caused quite a debate in the metaphysical Niche offices.  Now that most of us here have seen the film, which side was right? Team Cap? Or Team Iron man? What if Cap and Tony saw the film? How would they debate it?

There's a comment by Peter Parker that gets as close to “with great power comes great responsibility“ as you can without using the exact same words. And it resonates with both sides of this argument... if you have the power to save someone you should, regardless of what the world thinks but also if you are going to demonstrate this power you need to be held responsible for it.
